SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 days of receipt of payment depending on availability and order is placed by 5:00 pm CST Monday- Friday. If there is a delay, then you will be notified. Bougie Bars & Bubbles use USPS for all shipping at this time. We charge shipping and handling fees based on a flat rate (when possible) or the total weight of your order and destination. The shipping and handling cost will be added to your order when you check out. You can get accurate estimates for USPS shipping costs during the checkout process. Shipping and handling rates subject to change at any time. 

If you spend $55 or more (same order), then enter FREESHIP to receive free shipping.

For those who have made arrangements for delivery or pick-up in the Dallas, Texas and Memphis, Tennessee areas (prior to purchase),  please enter the code NOSHIP to avoid shipping charges. If code is entered and order is to be shipped, orders will be cancelled.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive an email with a USPS tracking number after your items are shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number within 24 hours of your order being shipped, please email us. Click here to track your package.

SHIPPING DELAYS

We are NOT responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind that national holidays do NOT count as a business day and should NOT be considered when calculating shipping times.

FAILED DELIVERIES/ REFUSED SHIPMENTS /INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address you provide. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. USPS charges a service fee for address corrections. You will be charged for ANYadditional fees caused by bad address information. 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
